Non-Executive Director- Chairperson

Mninawa Qotoyi is the Executive Director of Mountain View Farm (Pty) Ltd, located in Eliot in the Eastern Cape. As part of the founding group, he supports the consortium’s core objectives of unified participation, adherence to membership standards, and collective action aimed at enhancing efficiency and capturing greater market opportunities for all members.

Aggrey Mlulami Mahanjana

Executive Director- CEO

Aggrey Mlulami Mahanjana is the Executive Director of Carnarvon Agricultural Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, located at Halse Station in Sterkstroom, Eastern Cape. As one of the founding members of the consortium, he represents a commercially registered livestock enterprise committed to collaborative livestock production, shared standards, and enhanced market access. His role reflects leadership in driving joint participation, compliance, and strategic alignment among member companies.

Nkosemntu Gladman Nika

Executive Director- CFO

Nkosemntu Gladman Nika is the Executive Director of Zolakhaya General Trading (Pty) Ltd, situated in Winterberg, Tarkastad, Eastern Cape. As a founding consortium member, he represents a Beef Stud Breeding and a commercial sheep enterprise aligned to the consortium’s purpose of improving efficiency, adopting common standards, and strengthening competitiveness through collaboration and shared responsibility.

Mawethu Cawe

Founding Member

Mawethu Cawe serves as the Executive Director of Amawethu Farm t/a Rooiwal (Pty) Ltd, based in Venterstad in the Eastern Cape. As a founding member of the consortium, he plays a key role in supporting the establishment of a unified, non-profit livestock initiative where member enterprises commit to shared production standards, full participation, and collective operational benefits.

Cithintshaba Lindelwe Makwethu

Founding Member

Cithintshaba Lindelwe Makwethu is the Executive Director of Zikali Farming CC, headquartered in Komani, Eastern Cape. Through his involvement as a founding member, he contributes to the consortium’s collective approach, which emphasises compliance, shared operational requirements, and the commitment of all enterprises to participate jointly for improved production and market outcomes.
